Some features are currently available without an account. Future features may require registration, additional terms, or account-specific controls.
TrueSalary is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or employment advice.
We strive to provide useful, clearly presented information, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Titles, employer names, job levels, and compensation fields may contain errors or inconsistencies from source data.
Public records may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, duplicated, or reported differently by different sources. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it for compensation, hiring, legal, financial, or employment decisions.
You agree not to:
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, bulk-download, copy, cache, or
reconstruct substantial portions of the site or its results
- Send abusive, excessive, or misleading requests
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
- Reverse engineer or bypass access controls
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
TrueSalary does not allow scraping or other automated extraction intended to copy, index, reproduce, resell, or build derivative datasets from TrueSalary content or search results. This includes using scripts, bots, browser automation, headless browsers, or bulk querying for those purposes.
This section is not intended to prevent ordinary access by search engines, advertising review crawlers, accessibility tools, security scanners, or similar services when they follow applicable laws, published robots directives, and reasonable request rates.
We may employ technical measures to protect the service (for example, rate limits and abuse detection). You agree not to bypass or interfere with these measures.
TrueSalary may use third-party services for analytics, security, contact forms, hosting, and advertising, including Google services such as Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, and Google AdSense. Your use of TrueSalary is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how cookies, identifiers, and related technologies may be used.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms (including the scraping restriction) or are using the service in a way that could harm the site, its users, or its operators.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
The TrueSalary site experience (including branding and UI) is owned by TrueSalary. Underlying public records remain owned by their respective sources.
You may use the site for personal, noncommercial research, but these Terms do not grant permission to copy the site experience, branding, compiled search results, or substantial portions of the database.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueSalary will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
